We accept payment by Credit Card in two ways on this web site; The Credit Cards we accept are Mastercard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / JCB / Solo / Switch & Maestro.

Payment Method 1; Online Payment By Using RBS WorldPay - Payment Is Instantly Taken From Your Available Card Balance. This Type Of Transaction Is Now Preferred By The Credit Card Companies - Its Also Allows Us To Conform To The New PCI-DSS Rules.

Payment Method 2; Offline Order By Selecting The Offline Order Page - Fill In Your Details & Complete The Order & Then Contact Us With Your Card Details & We Will Process Your Order In House.

Online Order Payments Are Now Covered By RBS WorldPay. All Security Issues Are Covered By Them. We Have No Control Over Your Credit Card Information. This Allows Us To Be PCI-DCC Compliant.

All Prices Include 17.5% VAT (Excluding Books).

The VAT content is shown in the shopping cart and is only applied to UK & EC orders. All NON UK/EC Orders are supplied VAT Free.

All Prices Quoted Are Subject To Change (Up Or Down) without prior notice whether due to Exchange Rate Changes, Manufactures/Suppliers price rises, or other unforeseen changes. We won't just increase prices because we feel like it!!

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'Invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'Offer for sale' as a result, M.G. Sharp Models reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

At no point do we say we have every item listed on our web site in stock, we do try and keep our popular selling lines as accurate as is possible.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions are carried out in British Pounds £. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. M.G. Sharp Models monitor prices on a daily basis.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same or next working day; In line with our current shipping terms, Click Here. Delivery is either Courier or by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, delivery is normally 2-3 days, but sometimes a little longer.

International orders will be sent to you either by DPD Courier or Royal Mail airmail or Royal Mail Airsure post, or parcel force international delivery time varies on the destination.

We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside or 3rd party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You are responsable for ALL shipping costs involved.

All our products carry a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If there is a Manufacturing fault/defect with your product within 12 months of delivery we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund.
